One sign-in for the workspace, the quality platform and the admin console.
Only invited addresses can sign in. Signing in with Google never creates an account — it only recognises one.
There is no "forgot password" here. Accounts are opened one at a time, and you set your own password through a single-use invitation link — we never see it.
The link expired (they last 7 days) or you forgot the password: tell us and we will send a new link. The old one stops working the moment the new one is issued.
The password is right but you still cannot get in: it is usually the address — a capital letter, or a stray space. Try the exact address the invitation was sent to.
You signed in but a page says you have no access: that is a different thing. Sign-in worked; that platform has not been opened for your account. Ask us to open it.
